Perspiration Pals 17 March 2022

Hello Pals! Happy St Patrick’s Day! (If you celebrate it. If you don’t just drink without having a reason. Actually, no it’s wrong to encourage people to drink. Other than water. Or tea. Or any other kind of innocent beverages. All right I’ll stop.)

Today’s question was inspired by Daniel who said ‘I like to keep things simple’ when starting the same cardio exercise for about the fifth time. Yes, Daniel, me too! In an ideal or parallel world, we would be living in a tiny house in New Zealand working for an environmentalist group dedicated to saving kākāpōs also known as owl parrots. But alas, I live in an ugly tiny flat in an ugly part of an otherwise nice town. Anyway, let me ask you this: could you tell me examples of how you keep things simple? For example, I don’t mind having the same thing for breakfast for a while if it’s simple. I make my own granola and it makes me perfectly happy for some time before I think of something else.

I’m going to do Day 9 of the Mass Challenge. Two options; tough and tougher. I’ll choose the tougher, just to keep things simple.

I need to dash now. Duty calls and I want to tell duty to shut it but then I think of all the bills I have to pay. Have a simple day, Pals!
