I am new to the Fitness Blender community. Currently, I'm in my last week of the Beginner. While the first few days made me sore, the last week of the workout plan (lvl 3) has actually been a bit too easy for me.
I'm trying to look for a new program to use but all of them seem either too light or too hard. I would really like to be at a level to be able to do the FB Abs. Is there an intermediate workout plan that y'all recommend. I would prefer two weeks since I really want to be able to do abs!
What next after FB Beginner? Intermediate level.
