Hey everyone! I recently joined an adult soccer league and really enjoy it so far. But one of my biggest problems is that I’ll be so exhausted he can’t breathe after a couple minutes of sprinting/running up and down the field and need to come out. What programs/videos/ tips do you think would be best to be able to last longer in the game?
