Strong R2 complete!

Happy Tuesday everyone! Hope you are all doing well.

Today I completed Strong R2! Those recovery stretches were much needed. I'm so sore all over! I love strength training, so I really enjoyed this program.

Now that I'm done with this one, I think I'm going to take the rest of the week to try out some of the new workouts that I haven't been able to try yet. From there I'm not sure if I want to try a 4 week routine that I put together (I put it together a few months ago and still haven't tried it lol!), or if I want to try the new Fit 30 program. Has anyone started this program yet? If so, what do you think of it?
