Alrighty, Blendiez, how are you feelin today?
If you had to "Spring Forward" with the clocks this weekend, are you draggin as much as I am? My goodness. I hate this time change. It really needs to go away. And (judging by her face) I think Miss Mable would whole-heartedly agree with me.
So what's happening with workouts and such today, Blenderz?
I'm starting the final week of Burn 1 with my good buddy, Anne! We are in the home stretch, buddy! Woo for us! It's amazing how quick 4 weeks can fly by--but I've really enjoyed having a workout buddy this whole time--so thank you again, Anne!
And what about some good food goin on today, Blendiez? What's on the menu?
I think I'd like some chicken soup. Hubby and I spent the weekend cleaning out the barn--and between all the dust and the smoke from burning stuff, my lungs are throat are feeling a bit gritty today. And I think soup might solve that.
