Happy Sunday Ppals!

And happy daylight savings time! I am happy to have an extra hour of daylight in the evenings so I can get a walk in. I am not happy about losing an hour of sleep tonight but I guess it is a good trade off. Although I may feel like resting in child's pose in the middle of the day. 🥱😴

Thursday I took Kelli's advice and listened to my body. I must have sat at my desk too much. I felt stiff when I got up so I did Kelli's new longer stretching workout and it hit the spot. Friday I took a rest day and today I took an Amanda day. I did her new warm-up followed by her 15 min butt and thigh pilates workout. This has been nice little interlude for me and tomorrow I'll get back to FBFit30 and it will be a Tasha day as I'll have a choice between 2 Tasha workouts.

So for those you springing ahead today I hope you survive losing an hour of sleep but listen to your body and if you need it relax in child's pose, hopefully not in the middle of the grocery store. That doesn't look very comfortable on the hard and likely dirty floor.
