I just finished a documentary called, "That Sugar Film". If you have Amazon Prime, you can watch it for free! Throughout the documentary, you follow Damon as he eats a diet of foods with hidden sugars that equal to 40 teaspoons a day. I thought this documentary was very interesting and really opened my eyes about foods that are labeled "low fat" which ends up containing more sugar to make up for the lack of fat. Also, I had no idea that 4 grams of sugar is equivalent to one teaspoon! Crazy!
Have there been any food documentaries that opened your eyes to your eating habits? Are there any diet fads or documentaries that you think are a load of...sugar? Let me know!
Food documentaries! Any recommendations?
