Hope your Friday is going or has gone well. Just starting out the day here. Last night was a use up what's in the fridge before the weekend sort of day. For dinner we had leftover linguine with a twist. Added some thinly sliced artichoke sausage and a bunch more greens. Just a touch of the sun dried tomato oil to kick up the flavor a bit and a sprinkle of smoked sea salt, smoked paprika, and asiago cheese.
Just a mild tweek on the orignal. Still very good though. What were you creative kitchen crusaders doing in your kitchens? Hopefully something crazy wierd and tasty. Wishing you all a blessed and prosperous day
Edit: That looks like a lot more cheese than it is. :)
