Daily Check-in: Tuesday, February 22

Hey Blenders! How are you today? Good I hope! If not so good, well we are here to listen to every side.

So how about those workouts? Rest is a good option too, but if a workout is in the cards, let's read about it. Sadly, I did not workout yesterday. I just had too much going on so it became active rest. But that's okay. ..Tasha came out with a new workout yesterday and that looks like it will be perfect for today!

And really as long as there is some kind of food, dinner will be perfect too. What's your nutrish and delish? Maybe chicken for me. Or maybe not. The dinner suspense continues...

Anyway, I think our Twosday (cause there are a lot of 2s in twoday's date) can get upgraded to a Tongue Out Tuesday with my FT Cm and Cu demonstrating nicely in today's photoπŸ˜›πŸ˜
