How are we doing today? a forwarded message informed that today the date is 20022022 (do you want to mark 20:22 time as well? 😋)-so now you all have acknowledged this too!

A cold day here, and I am working from home today. Kinda feel sleep deprived.

Workout wise, it's a rest day for me. I completed week 2 of Strong 2 and D's 45 min kettlebell workout for tomorrow is already staring at me 😳 I do miss cardio though.

Anyhoo, what's your regular breakfast like? And any solutions for morning bloating? I feel like an inflated balloon these days -nope, i don't mean light and ready to fly 😶

Some Cookie musings: So through the whole night she sleeps with her head on my (non-existent) biceps. The other day when I did lateral raise, I was like why does this tiny lil area feel different. Now you know why!
