Another Hidden Gem - Dastardly Effective 5x5x5 Core Burnout!
After deciding to add an extra burnout onto a Core day, this hidden gem popped up in the search results, and is it quite dastardly effective!
This goes along w/ their other 5x5x5 workout series which combines 5 full reps, 5 pulses, repeated 5 times for each exercise. At first it seems too easy, but then the pulses start adding up. The pulses are deceptively effective, making those muscles feel it much quickly than full range reps.
It's only 10 minutes, but it still gets a great burn going in all the right places before the end. If it's too easy or too short, as Daniel says at the end of the workout, "if you want more punishment, just start over and do it again!" Hmm... ;)
It makes a great Core burnout to add onto a Core day or as a "Short & Sweet" quick stand alone workout by adding a separate warm-up and cool-down to it.
Despite it feeling like an agonizing 10 minutes of pure punishment, this workout is going on the favorites list b/c it's a really effective burnout in only 10 minutes time.
