Perspiration Pals Monday February 21st 🫖📚

Greetings friends and welcome back to the PPals thread for the start of another week and the last week of February already, which seems kinda hard to believe. Please share below what your plan is for today and maybe the week ahead. As we approach month's end will you be wrapping up a program or challenge? Maybe you are looking forward to the new program Kelli is going to release next month? I'll have to see what the workouts in the program look like before I commit to anything, but a new FB release is always something to look forward to.

This week I plan to finish the Mobility Challenge, and today I have a hip strengthening workout ahead of me.

Yesterday ended up being busier than I planned. Remy and I walked 4.5 miles and then I ran some errands with my husband, so the reading and relaxing I had planned to do didn't happen. Lucky for me, today is a holiday in the US so I have a chance to redeem myself. I'll be spending some quality time with a book and a cup of tea.
