I loved it! It made me feel super athletic and strong. It's also a workout that will be easy to progress. I'm not the biggest fan of timed HIIT and timed strength training. I really enjoyed the sets and reps on both. I would love for more plyo and strength workouts like this!! Thank you guys!! :)
