Hi, FB community I will be starting my new workout journey on Monday; I have just gotten my membership with FB, YAY!!
Now, I am not a big fan of working out but as I have gotten older I am noticing I need to focus on building muscle, balance, and flexibility. Even though, I turned 60 last year I do not want to give up on that part of my healthy journey. I feel combining good eating habits, physical strength and mental strength will give me a great total body experience!
Finally, I suffer from osteoarthritis (working on eating certain foods to reduce the inflammation in my body.) However, whenever I do any type of exercise I am in pain but I do not want that to stop me anymore, so do you have any advice for me as I start this journey? Thank you all and have an amazing Sunday!
