Hey everyone, I’m definitely in a fitness slump, after 6 weeks of illness, I’ve lost motivation completely to work out.
I’ve loved fitness blender for years, but now seem to have lost my drive to work out.
I’m wondering if changing to fb plus or trying another fb programme would help.
My favourite programmes have been FB booty 1 & 2, the format of doing 3 workouts per week suit me. Would FB plus enable me to do this more?
I’d love any recommendations and thoughts on FB plus, other programmes and tips to get my motivation going again.
