Today I want to conquer a higher level HIIT (I think it's 4) as part of FB Complete. I'm a nervous wreck! I haven't done much HIIT in over a year. Last week I completed a level 3 and I was toast!
It makes me so nervous to have to work my way back! I keep wondering if I'll fall out before it's over? Need to do all low mods? Take a bunch of breaks? I'm flustered but I'm going to try it. Besides, I have a great role model in Kelli for starting over and working your way back to your previous fitness level!
