How are you all doing? How was your weekend?
I hope it was grand! And I hope you checked in with the wonderful Ingeborg! Thank you Ingeborg for taking care of us on Saturday and Sunday!
As for today, Blenders: what's happenin? What's goin on? In life? In workouts? In food? Are you/do you celebrate Valentine's Day?
I'm sort of wishy-washy on the last one. I have nothin against the day, I'm just not one to mark it with anything particularly special. I'm also not really into the chocolate and celebrations and things for Valentine's Day---unless it's chocolate labs. If it's puppies, bring them all to me. If it's actual chocolate: nah. I'll pass.
As for workouts today: I'm going to take it easier this week. Anne and I (and anyone else who is interested in joining us) are going to start Burn Rd 1 next week, and I want to be rested up for that.
Talking food for today? Not really sure there. We have some leftover stuff from the Superb Owl Day yesterday, so we'll probably hit that up.
