The Best Medicine!

This medicine ball workout with Kelli is one of my favorite add-ons to any 20 minute or less total body cardio workout, walking workout or kickstart workout. It is such a sneaky, creative way to workout your abs while working your upper and total body. I don't have a slam ball so for those exercises I squat to touch the medicine ball to the floor.
