Hello beautiful Blenders,
“Re-set, re-adjust, re-start, re-focus… as many times as you need to”
I try to remind myself to do so and not to be frustrated with myself, if it is not working to well. What it isn’t at the moment with my eating behaviour. I know exactly where I go wrong but instead of stopping for a moment, take a deep breath and re-adjust and re-focus, I just continue to do the same mistake over, and over again.
Well, I eventually will get back to a healthier behaviour and take better care of myself.
Nothing special planned. I will continue with Low Impact Round 2 and add what I feel like. Maybe some stretches or a bit of core.
What are you up to? Anything special planned?
