I hope you're well, and that your week is starting off on the right foot. Or even on the left foot. Both are ok in my opinion.
So what's your Tuesday have in store for you?
Workouts? Rest? Fun things? Normal everyday stuff? Food and whatnot? All of the above?
It's a mix of things, for sure. I'm really feeling the after effects of my kickboxing routine from yesterday. In the sage words of Maestro Daniel, it is very "Yeowtch."
In a weird turn of events, I had an unusual visitor appear during my workout yesterday. A pure white pigeon. Pigeons aren't uncommon in these parts, but I don't see them near my place like ever. But this one showed up, and I think is perhaps domesticated. No leg band, but it's wing feathers look as if someone made a poor attempt at clipping them. So, bird-watching while working out paid off yet again. I highly recommend it.
As for today; I think it'll definitely be a lower body day. And who knows: maybe an owl will show up too. (One could hope.)
Other than that; it's another 'I dunno' kind of supper, and another day of just gettin stuff done. So I'm off to do just that.
