A quick and early start of thread from me. Have teaching all day today..

How are we doing this Tuesday? I seem to have invited and encouraged DOMS. 2 days ago did LB strength workout, and yesterday was cool and today is like, imma use slide, just like the kitty to get past stairs ๐Ÿ˜ถ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Day 3 of Strong 2 this evening and kinda dreading it. Anyhoo, which was the last workout that gave you DOMS? and how does it make you feel -accomplished, confirmation of yes, I pushed myself, or "why, o, why did I have to do it?"
