So now I'm afraid ya'll are stuck with me for the next several days. So hold on to your hats, caz it's gonna be a ride. (Like, maybe a flat, even, completely unexciting ride; but a ride nonetheless.)

What's happenin on your Monday, Blenders? In workouts? In food? In life?
For workouts, I did finish Strong 2 last week (kind of). I changed the entire last week of workouts, but I'm still counting it as done. Now I'm just doing my own thing. I'm getting back into doing more kickboxing routines regularly since it's not something I've been doing a lot of. I forgot how much I enjoy them. So that's my current goal; and what my workout will be for today. I think the advanced kickboxing routine with Daniel.
As for food; I just don't know. It'll happen, but what form it will take still remains a mystery.
