breathing

I am concerned about the lack of direction of proper breathing in the workout videos, when to breathe in and when to breathe out. I haven't found breath cues for the workouts.

I was told to inhale to prepare while relaxed and exhale during exertion. Or as a general rule of thumb is to inhale through your nose, so the air enters your belly, right before the eccentric (muscle-lengthening) part of the motion. Exhale during the concentric (muscle-shortening) part of the motion completely through your mouth. I need reminders. Also it would be helpful to hear breathing cues during cardio, when you might breathe in and out through the nose or, when intensity ramps up, through the mouth.
