Is there a good modification for downward-facing dog?
I'm so happy that Fitnessblender now has more yoga routines and Marina is a great instructor. I really love her workouts. There's only one issue for me. I have a terrible right wrist.
In yoga, my problem is the downward-facing dog. My wrist can handle short-time pressure really well, but in yoga routines, the downward-facing dog usually takes a little while and is repeated often. This is not comparable to strength workouts where I can put a brace on my wrist.
Is there a good modification for my wrist? I've tried to google around but I'm frankly a bit overwhelmed. But maybe someone else has some experience and has found a good way :-)
