I've been following the FB Mass program at the gym and I sometimes substitute the HIIT/Cardio portions with interval training on the exercise bike and cardio on the treadmill. But those have become a bit repetitive and I wouldn't mind trying out something new :)
Do you have any suggestions as to what other variations of HIIT/Cardio I could try out using gym equipment?
