Nothing leaves my upper body more sore than Kickboxing!
I completed Daniels newest 40min kickboxing routine yesterday and whilst it didn’t feel that challenging when I was doing it, around 7 hours later my upper body was already sore haha I LOVE IT!
Fast forward to this morning and I definitely feel like I’ve worked all the muscles in the upper body thoroughly. Mostly I’m feeling it in my upper back/lat area which is fantastic as I usually struggle to ‘feel it’ in my back with regular strength training.
It is total body HIIT by Tasha scheduled for today however I believe I’m in no shape to complete it so I will swap it for low impact lower body strength (switch the days around). I am doing FB you against you challenge. Lots of new moves which is fantastic however in the second week there seems to be a lot of total body work right after another so I’ll see how I hold up!
