My decision to keep Wednesdays as an active recovery or yoga practice only day is proving to be the right one for me. I'm able to maintain a good level of energy come the weekend, which has not been the case when I worked out 5 days a week.
I'm enjoying Strong 2, especially while combining it with daily yoga with Adriene. For the first time in my life, I actually feel strong. I've been exercising since the age of 15, and have never been able to say that, and it's wonderful!!
To those of you who struggle with commitment, or with discipline, or whatever....just keep at it. You'll feel better working toward your goal than you will giving up on it.
