I noticed recently that there are no standalone warm-ups from any newer team member (pls let me know if I overlooked something). Standalone Warm-ups routines are the workouts I do by far the most often on fitnessblender. I love a good warm-up and I have about 5 favourites I really enjoy doing and like to come back to.
That said I would also really like to see warm-ups from the newer trainers. I'm curious what their take on a good 5-10 min warm-up would be.
