FB Plus anniversary, new program, and another year around the sun
It is going to be a positive week: I just celebrated my 2-year Fitness Blender FB Plus anniversary! I have been with FB since at least 2015, but I am truly loving FB Plus! I turn the big 54 this week: mixed feelings on that one, but glad to be healthy and mobile! I still haven't figured out how you can feel one age inside and look another on the outside! I know, I know, it isn't about what your body looks like, but what you can do with it, and good health. I am grateful for health! I am also starting Strong2 today, and I am looking forward to leaning up after a lot of COVID eating!
