Hi friends! Well first off I want to say…. if you are looking for a review of this program this post is not the one.
Anyways…
I finished FB sweat!!!
Now… no I did not lose weight. I honestly did not do the PFT and to be quite honest I only did the extra credit challenges on this program about twice maybe.
What did I accomplish then?
A consistent workout routine !!! And that’s what matters to me right now. It took me so long to build it and I finally completed this program. I was proud that I showed up for myself. Even when the workouts were too difficult and i would walk across my garage to catch my breath I still stayed and came back the next day. Honestly I just am not fit enough yet to have completed the extra credit challenges. But to me, having consistency is a cause for celebration.
Next month I hope to focus on pushing myself more. I will move on to FB Burn R2.
Something that motivated me to workout was buying a new pair of shoes and I would wear them exclusively for my workouts. If you are having trouble, maybe try that? Just my two cents.
