Hey there all you lovely blenderbuddies, my calendar says GHOSTING today! What does your calendar say? Do you just use your FB calendar or do you have a general purpose paper/non-paper one as well?!?! I am a stickler for writing everything on my paper calendar (in the kitchen on the door) and then ✅ things off 🙈🙃🤭! No confetti though from my paper calendar… I do love the FB confetti! So what are you getting confetti for today? Or maybe you are not getting confetti as it is a rest day? Whatever it is, make sure you enjoy it, because that’s what matters most: ENJOY what you do! Mine’s a rest day, although we are likely to end up in the sea at some point, the sea is lovely and calm at the moment. Mind you, very cold (as in 9 degrees centigrade) so I will not manage much longer than 10 mins probably. Do you like the cold? Is it cold where you are now?
Can’t think of anything linking, so next topic: food! What’s your sustenance today? We have a friend coming over for a board games night, so hubs will do the cooking, but no idea what yet. So maybe you can inspire me/him with some lovely dishes?!?! I have made more chocolate bark and I will do some apple crumble as afters (“dessert” in other people’s English) , without sugar but with a bit of cinnamon and maple syrup instead. I have noticed my food sections are always much shorter than my workout sections 😱🙈, mind you, today’s food bit is fairly long!! How is that for you, what is the ratio between your workout descriptions and your food descriptions?
Anyway: photo for today… another of Mother Nature’s beauties! I took this photo last Thursday when we arrived on the heath on a very blue crisp morning. Who could walk past that without taking a photo?!?! Have you got a photo of something you could not walk past? I would love to see it!
