Am I gonna start losing progress after not working out a while?
I've had a series of unfortunate things making it hard to work out as often as I normally do. Normally I do cardio and HIIT/strength 3 times a week plus fit in a couple long walks during the week. I had to have radiation in mid November which drained me, then broke/sprained my toe in December so couldn't really walk on it or do cardio. Now I'm recovering from COVID. It's been 2 weeks since I worked out at all and since radiation I haven't worked out 3 times in a week (usually still 1-2x/week up until the end of December). I plan to get back into it ASAP, maybe starting with pilates and walking then back to cardio when I'm out of isolation. Is this enough time not working out for me to lose my strength and muscle tone or am I just overreacting? I've worked really hard over the last year or so to prioritize working out and I don't wanna lose my progress :(
