There are the FB Booty programs, but those have a lot of cardio. I need a strength program that focuses 80% on legs (I get my cardio playing tennis). The one thing I dislike about the strength/mass programs is the 60:40 favor on arms and upper body. I end up combining/skipping the arms in favor of back and core.
Maybe I’ll create my own playlist. Anyone interested?
