Hope you all had a great Wednesday. Today is starting out more subdued, thankfully. Last nights dinner is brought to you by Storm. She made a totally yummy Golden beet borscht. It had great flavor and was surprisingly sweeter than regular purple beet borscht. Will be having that for lunch.
