3 days/week HIIT + Strength - Sharing my January Routine

Hi all! I designed a 3 days/week HIIT and Strength combo for January at ~40 minutes a day. No repeat videos. Each week has one workout with a lower body strength focus, one with an upper body strength focus, and one with a core strength focus. Sharing here in case you're looking for something similar!

Week 1:
