Well, the new year is almost upon us. Any plans for new and exciting adventures "in the kitchen" next year? New types of ingredients or style you want to incorporate?
Yesterday was a weird day not going to work and having tech issues (don't ask). But we mananged to eat. :) Lunch was Single layer club sandwiches: Turkey, bacon, avocado, red onion, and greens on marbled rye. Yummy.
Dinner was a Lion's Mane mushroom linguini. Yup Lion's Mane! One of the varieties of shrooms we are growing. They say it taste like seafood. I am here to let you know that, after cooking them up and tasting them without anything else, they do taste like roasted or grilled crab in the shell. Very good. Anyway, dinner also had crimini, garlic, EVOO, butter, capers, shredded carrot, and Salmon.
