Weight Lifting Routine

I've been doing Fitness Blender for almost two years now and love it. However, I feel like it lacks more serious weight lifting routines. It would be awesome maybe as part of FB Plus there was a section or trainer that had routines with barbells or squat bars or just had more of a focus on teaching heavy lifting. Over time of doing all different Fitness Blender routines the strength ones always seem the most fun, and I'm trying to become a stronger toned badass! Thanks!
