I was aiming for six workouts but work got in the way. My legs were toast after that lower body strength/HIIT/pilates burnout round workout. I'm averaging a loss of one pound per week, my left forearm is slowly getting better with physio and I'm able to lift heavier on some exercises, so some progress being made.
