FB Flex Challenge Complete

Hey everyone, I hope you're all enjoying the festive season.

I've been eating a lot of food as always and I've been out a few times to the pub, so I've probably put on a couple of Kg's from food and beer lol

That being said, I did manage to complete the FB Flex challenge today and it has been a good mixture of upper body routines.

I've done some HIIT, Kettle Bell and abs in between,

Tomorrow I'm going to do HIIT before I take New Years Eve off.

I think in January I'll do FB Flex with a mixture of HIIT, Kettle bell and Abs to supplement my workouts.

What are you guys planning for new years?
