And before I forget, let's talk ghosting! This upcoming Christmas weekend, you guys have the wonderful duo of Storm and Alexi! The following weekend we have our lovely Coby! Workouts? Rest? A happy in-between of level 1-2 exercises?
I've got core work with Tasha today! I'm feeling that remove one routine from yesterday, so core focused is just what I need!
And what's on the menu for today, Blendfriends?
I think we're gonna make sesame chicken with some brown rice/millet noodles and a bunch of veggies. I'm quite excited for that! (and look at me actually having a meal planned ahead of time today! ha)
Finally: here's another snowy/wintery/kinda of maybe Christmasy random pic! It's snowy owl season here! We saw our first ones about a week ago, and they're just as awesome as ever. This particular one is perhaps a large female and she was out hunting in some cut corn fields as it was getting dark (that's why the pic isn't the greatest--too low of light for my cam).
