I've just made time for a workout today and I feel great. I haven't been working out regularly because I've been so busy. Not making excuses for myself because I know working out is way too important to skip, but I just don't regularly have the motivation to push myself after a full day of work and then college work ahead of me. I am so happy I pushed myself today. I did this workout with Kelli and it was amazing. Kelli always helps me push through, so thanks Kelli!
