Almost Christmas week. Next week kitchens will start getting busy for a lot of you. Hopefully you will get to share this time with friends and family. If not, for whatever reason, your FB Family will be here to share the time with you.
Yesterday, "In the Kitchen," Storm was busy making goodies for us and for me to share at work. Bittersweet and milk chocolate treats. Bittersweet chocolate with roasted cashews and Crasins (dried cranberries), and dipped pretzels. Milk chocolate with cocnut and dipped pretzels, Then there are the thumbprint cookies with walnuts and peach cranberry jellie. It is all delish, but, those cookies are the bomb. A shortbread sort of cookie but more buttery. Yum.
Dinner was a stirfry with some of the leftover roast beef, broccoli, carrots, onions, celery, bell pepper, toasted ginger, and red cabbage over the leftover, leftover (yes two leftovers) rice. All very tasty.
