Daily Check-in: Tuesday, December 14th

Hello, Blenders!

Happy Tuesday to you!

How are you all doing today?

I hope you're doing well!

It's supposed to be another unusually warm day here weather-wise. Which kinda bums me out, if I'm honest. We're having record warm temps which melted all the beautiful snow (18+ inches) that we got last week. I love snow, so I hope that we get more after this week.

What about you, Blendfriends? What's the weather like where you are? Sunny and warm? Spring/summer like? Cold and wintery? Or maybe it's 50 Shades of Dutch Grey where you are? (Thank you for that one, Anne. I'm still laughing about it 😂)

Anywho, let's talk a bit about workouts, shall we?

What's happening with your workouts, Blendfriends? Is it a sweatfest kinda day? Or maybe a chill out and slow down day for you?

After yesterday's Tough Tasha routine (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/add-on-style-total-body-cardio-circuit-with-core-and-lower-body-strength-finisher), I'm just about sore everywhere. Man, Tasha is amazing. Her workouts always kick my butt! In the best possible way though. So for today, I've got a core based routine. Which will be a nice break for those other muscle groups.

And we can't forget to refuel after such tough routines--so what's on the menu for today, Blenders?

I really should get better about this, but it's yet another day of I-dunno. We'll scrounge something together, I'm sure.

Finally, a random pic: I think to maybe give some good-weather mojo in hopes of snow, I'll share with you guys some snowy pics the next couple weeks. Including birds in snow: such as this ruffed grouse. He was just hangin out on the side of the road pickin up grit. I took a few pics (which made him grumpy) and made sure he flew off into the woods and away from traffic.
