Good Tuesday morning Blendfriends! It is now 11 days until Christmas. Remember when you may have thought I started counting down waaaay too early? 😉😁
I have to go to our regional office in Montréal today, but for once I am looking forward to it, as a colleague and I will wrap up and ship out gifts for the 50 or so members of the regional team. Last year one of our gifts was a great blanket, which Loki is sleeping on right now. I wonder what we got this year…

I chose this quote in the context of my continuing quest to build solid habits. It basically boils down to this: if you want to be or do something, just be it/do it. You want to be someone who reads, just read one page a day and build on it. You want to be a runner, run 1 minute until you can do more. You want to learn a new language, learn one new word each day. The goal is to DO and BE, no matter how small, and not just think and speak of it. Thinking about an action/a state of mind too much often leads to inertia.
So what have you planned to do today? I will do my physio exercises while at the office, in order for me to enjoy a walk after work.
