Hope all your weekends were fabulous. Take time to send out healing, loving, and supportive energy to all those that are going through the devestation from all the tornados.
This weekend was wet and windy, so more time "In the Kitchen." Friday's dinner was our families version of fish and chips (not the only way but this night). Pan seared Salmon, air fries, and some steamed veggies. It was delish.
Saturday: We went shopping and decided to treat ourselves to some lox and begals for lunch. Dinner was "leftover" wraps with some of the veggies, leftover lox (I know WHAAAT), some organic deli ham, onion and chive cream cheese, red onion, and some super greens.
Sunday: Lunch was tuna melts on rye bread with a little parmesan on top. I made a loaf of sourdough and some clam chowder (extra carrots made it more pinkish).
That brings us to you wonderful people. What was going on "In the Kitchen" at your home? Maybe you were at someone elses home. Either way post your fabulous creations or fantasatic failures. We learn from everything. :) Have a blessed and prosperous day!
