Today I went to see a physical therapist that specialises in climbing to help with my shoulder injury. He did some dry needling around my scapula. I experienced dry needlinh before, but this was something different.. then he did some manuel therapy (manipulation? We call it 'kraken' -cracking- in Dutch, sounds fun right?) on my upper back. Popped 4 vertebrae into place. He cleared me for climbing, if I climb static and with my shoulders turned into my back.
I am seeing him again in 9 days, then we will practice climbing with proper form to avoid future injury.
