Hello lovely Pals! Are you ready for FriYay? For some reason, last night between snoozes I got to thinking about confetti. Other than when I empty the office hole-punch, there is very little confetti in my life. Then I remembered that FB has confetti, and I think I'm going to turn it back on. I mean, checking off my workout complete is a surprisingly big motivator for me, but in these dark winter days (and I mean dark, the sun will set today at 4:10 PM), I can use a little extra motivation. Do you celebrate your workout complete? Like in the meme?😜
Today I will be off work a bit earlier than usual (before sunset, ha!), and I plan to do the snow-shovel workout. I can still feel a twinge in my serratus anterior (can you tell I've been reading the expert articles?) from Monday's load of wet, heavy snow, but this time I'm going to do better by my poor body. I've got it all planned, a proper upper-body warmup first and a cooldown when I'm done, and I'm going to get out the sleigh shovel to do less lifting (pic in comments). I hope you all have excellent workouts planned and that you will only be sore in a positive and healthy way.
