Mass Challenge, Day 10 - Complete!

Once again, pressing the "Publish" button slipped the mind in the midst of a busy day, and this is a day late, lol! ;)

Day 10 was a choice of 2 different style Core workouts, both w/ Daniel. The 1st one hadn't been done yet, so that was the one chosen. It was a weighted Core workout, which felt both agonizingly long during the longer active intervals, yet at the same time, it was over before expected, haha! Not having used weights for Core work in a very, very long time, Daniel's form checks were very helpful.

Although it wasn't sweat-inducing, it was a nicely challenging workout, and those obliques are definitely feeling it post-workout even though the Side Crunches felt much easier than the usual Side Hip Raises/Dips! :)

The next workout is a really a fun one, but it was just completed about 2 weeks ago. So, it might be swapped out for a similar one that hasn't yet been done. There are so many interesting new workouts in the "Try Me" list that it'd be a shame to repeat a recently completed workout instead of trying a new one.
