Don't ruin a new day by thinking about yesterday -
It is Friday! let the stress and worries of the week go and slide into the weekend with a smile!
I have been missing, sorry. My week started out in a very bad way and I am still mentally recovering. I will not go into details but on my walk to work, I discovered a very bad bike accident with a pregnant woman and ice.
I kept up with my workouts to help de-stress and calm my mind and I am very happy it is Friday and I can avoid the area for a few days. I hope that can heal my mind.
But I am looking to the weekend with positivity. Biathlon is back on tv, I have a bottle of Glühwein, a new puzzle and I plan to do some baking. I got a madeleine form and I can't wait to try it. I will report back.
Also, last weekend went well and was more relaxing than usual and I did better at controlling my eating while I was there. So I take that as a win.
