Nicole has 10 years of experience in group fitness, personal training, and health coaching. She also has a specialty in pre- and postnatal training — can you tell that we were listening to your requests?
Here’s a little more from Nicole: "Fitness has always been a big part of my life and has looked different at each stage: from athletic performance growing up, to navigating health and fitness post-athletics, to training through pregnancy and motherhood. What I love the most is that the benefits of fitness go beyond the workout itself. It helps fuel our energy, happiness, and the way we operate in daily life. My goal is to help you create a healthy balance with fitness by making every workout a positive experience so you can reach new goals — in both the gym and life. I’m excited to motivate you in your next workout!"
Nicole’s first video is out on FB Plus now: Prenatal Core and Pelvic Floor Workout. We are so excited to offer this new category of content! In this workout, learn how to safely strengthen your core and pelvic floor during pregnancy with exercises that can be tailored to all three trimesters. Heads up; you do not actually need to be pregnant for these exercises to be beneficial. Knowing how to engage (and relax) your pelvic floor is important for overall health, wellness, and athletic performance, for both women and men.
As you know, we’ve been building a team of talented people to help us expand the content we offer. This is all a part of our goal to make Fitness Blender and FB Plus as helpful, exciting, and engaging as possible. Nicole joins Certified Personal Trainer Tasha and our Doctors of Physical Therapy Kayla and Amanda in producing workout and movement-based videos. In the upcoming weeks and months, you’ll meet even more Plus experts of various disciplines and specialties. And of course, we’ll be keeping up with our regular free workout video releases, too.
